Tom Tallmadge has been a practicing Intellectual Property attorney in Atlanta, Georgia for over 15 years, including a particular focus on trademark and copyright law. His experience includes several years of large law firm experience with such renowned firms as Alston & Bird and Greenberg Traurig, as well as in-house experience with The Collegiate Licensing Company, Worldspan, S1 Corporation and SunTrust Bank.

During his career, Tom has continually represented marketing, branding and advertising personnel, as well as other creative professionals, with regard to the protection, licensing, valuation and sale of intellectual property assets, including logos, software, works of authorship, music and the like. Many of Tom’s clients have been in the sports and entertainment industry and have included NASCAR, the PGA Tour, numerous top colleges, the Japanese Soccer League, Jimmy Buffet, George Straight, Lil’ Kim, and Matchbox 20.

A native of New England, Tom enjoys playing ice hockey and golf in his spare time, as well as doing some mountain trekking in such places as South America and Africa.
